Splendies is a monthly subscription service that delivers three pairs of high-quality, stylish undies curated to your size and style preferences directly to your doorstep.
When will my order ship?
New subscriptions typically ship within 2-3 business days. For recurring monthly orders, packages are generally dispatched by the 15th of each month.
Can I choose the specific styles I receive?
Part of the Splendies experience is the surprise! While you can choose your size and style preference (All Thongs, No Thongs, or Surprise Variety), our stylists curate the specific designs each month.
What is your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items once they have been shipped. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our support team within 14 days.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
You can easily skip a month or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Please ensure changes are made before your next billing date to avoid being charged.
What sizes do you offer?
We pride ourselves on inclusivity. Splendies offers a wide range of sizes from Small to XL, and our Splendies Plus line offers sizes 1X through 4X.
