At Splendies, we want you to love your new intimates, but due to the delicate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached. If your items don't fit perfectly or you received a damaged product, please follow our simple four-step process within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene liners and brand tags remain intact and undisturbed.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
